This website is operated by MOTIONFORM, a sportswear development and manufacturing-support brand. For any privacy question or request, email info@odmactivewear.com.
What we collect
- Project brief form: your work email, company, product type, development stage and project notes, plus the time of submission and the page you sent it from.
- Email: the address, message and any attachments you send to info@odmactivewear.com.
- WhatsApp: if you use the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss a development project, prepare quotations and follow up on orders you place. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
The website, the form handler and the forwarding of email to our inbox run on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to our inquiry inbox as email; the website does not keep a separate database of submissions. These providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and, if an order follows, for the records that the order requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@odmactivewear.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date shown on it.
